Norys Hernandez

Norys Hernandez owns a house in North Philadelphia with her sister, who resides there. Norys has lived her life playing by the rules and taking pride in her modest real-estate acquisitions. Nevertheless, Philadelphia officials tried to permanently take away her home based on an alleged drug transaction by her nephew that Norys knew nothing about. Now Norys represents a class of thousands of other Philadelphia property owners who want to take on this injustice and make sure it does not happen to anyone else.
