Kim Norberg


External Relations Manager

As the Institute’s Director of Grants, Kim connects new and existing supporters’ passion for liberty with IJ’s cutting-edge litigation, strategic research, communications, and advocacy. She helps generate support for fresh and exciting projects to protect constitutional rights against unnecessary government interference.

Prior to joining IJ in 2018, Kim worked at the Charles Koch Institute and Foundation, and previously directed multiple ballet schools in Minnesota. She holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and performing arts from Colorado State University.
